A Note From Wendy Wong
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) dedicated to helping children, adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and academic challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I believe meaningful change happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to empower clients to increase self-awareness, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build confidence as they work toward lasting emotional well-being.
