A Note From Madeline Hess
Madeline Hess, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in EMDR, attachment theory, and AuDHD. She works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, supporting clients through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, identity development, behavioral concerns, and relationship difficulties. Madeline takes a client-centered, collaborative approach, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert of their own lived experience.
She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace. Drawing from evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, DBT mindfulness, expressive arts, and positive parenting strategies, Madeline tailors therapy to each individual’s needs, with a special interest in attachment dynamics, emotional regulation, early relational trauma, and helping individuals and families build stronger, more secure connections.
