Laura Arce

Laura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida International University. With more than ten years of experience working in different social work roles with diverse populations, Laura brings a deep understanding of people’s unique life experiences and challenges. She is known for being empathetic, compassionate, and committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.

Laura has worked as a therapist with older children and adults of all ages. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach and integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and support them in discovering their own strengths and path toward healing.

Laura is passionate about mental health and about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, life transitions, and other personal challenges, helping them navigate change with greater clarity and resilience. Laura is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys supporting Spanish-speaking clients in their preferred language.
