A Note From Kristen Little
Kristen Little is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She also obtained her master’s degree in Professional School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Kristen has twelve years of experience in the education system, with four of those years being in the counseling field. She believes that everyone has the ability to grow and become the best version of themselves. Kristen’s goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for clients to help them become self-aware, regulate their emotions, and develop positive coping skills to handle their life’s stressors. She uses a person centered approach to work with individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.
