Hello! I’m Mary Evans, the Client Care Coordinator at Healing Hearts Therapeutic Services, PLLC. I am dedicated to ensuring that every client has a positive, welcoming experience from their very first contact with our practice.In my role, I assist clients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, coordinating care, and providing support throughout the intake process. I understand that reaching out for mental health services can be a significant step, and I strive to make that process as smooth, compassionate, and stress-free as possible.I am currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, which has strengthened my knowledge of healthcare operations, patient-centered care, and effective practice management. I enjoy combining my education with hands-on experience to help support both our clients and our clinical team.I am passionate about helping others and believe that every person deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and understanding. My goal is to help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, supported, and confident as they begin their journey toward healing and wellness.I am proud to be part of the Healing Hearts Therapeutic Services team and look forward to helping individuals and families connect with the care and resources they need.
